Editorial: EFCA Isn’t The Answer
Are times so desperate that we need to scrap the secret ballot? No. And that’s the answer from the Times-Express editorial board in an article titled “Employee Free Choice Act isn’t the answer”:
A key question is how much change is needed in labor law, considering that most efforts at union organizing — about two-thirds — have been successful in recent years, according to the National Labor Relations Board. Whatever happens, access to the secret ballot should be retained in this process.

Logical Problem With Secret Ballot Claim
The AFL-CIO’s blog is calling anyone who points out the effort to strip secret ballots a “liar.” Responding to Congressional efforts to block EFCA and pass the Secret Ballot Protection Act, the AFL-CIO’s writer claims:
