Although Voinovich’s and Specter’s stance has possibly brightened the horizon, it’s not the time for opponents of the legislation to idly sit back, and hope for the best. A grassroots effort is still needed to defeat the measure.

Hilary Smith says:What study are you citing? Who conducted it? I don’t trust your organization to remain unbiased. Regardless, there is no good reason why free men should be prevented by law from uniting as they see fit. The EFCA will help workers earn more money and spend more money. That will be good for the economy. If employers choose to move jobs overseas we should tariff their goods.
