Carter Wood says:Senators Dorgan and Conrad have not cosponsored the legislation this year, that is true.
They were both orginal cosponsors of S. 1041 when it was introduced in March 2007.
It is a good thing that the Senators have listened to their constituents in North Dakota and dropped their sponsorship.
