The 33 Senators Who Blocked Card Check By Fiat
Sometimes there are important votes by our elected leaders that are not easy but remain critical to keeping our nation safe, secure, and prosperous. Yesterday, we believe, was one of those cases for Senators who voted on an arcane procedural motion for the nomination of SEIU lawyer Craig Becker to the National Labor Relations Board. We have argued that the vote was actually much more important because it was a proxy vote for card check, and 33 Senators voted against allowing card check by fiat through the NLRB.
So it is the least we can do to thank them for their votes.
